‘Wish is a Verb’ features sweet, difficult life itself

    Art For Black Cat

“Wish is a Verb” is the freshman offering of the works of K.A. Brotherton, published on Dec. 31, 2015.

Life is what happens when you are ever so busy being alive. The essays of “Wish is a Verb” touch upon some of the most difficult topics we face: bullying, teenage suicide, the loss of an infant and loving someone with drug addiction, as well as essays that touch on the sweet moments of life that create memories: the birth of a granddaughter, the art of being a good big sister, raising a daughter.

The collection includes three short stories as well as two poems. The collection is broken up in short pieces to be enjoyable to those who have limited focus for reading. Kindle download is offered free with the purchase of the paperback.

“Wish is a Verb” is available at Amazon.com and for Kindle download.
